How do I get pricing for your products?

Please contact our Customer Service Department if you require current pricing information prior to placing an order. We invite inquiries for bulk and OEM purchases.

What if my product is faulty?

All Teco Diagnostics products and reagents are warranted until the date of expiration marked on the packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. In fact, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide!

What is the lead time for purchase orders?

All orders are entered with a lead time of 14 days.

What are the payment conditions?

All new customers are prepaid, credit terms (net 30, 45, etc.) can be worked out after a credit application is submitted and a minimum of three significant orders have been placed.

Is there a minimum order amount?

All orders must be at least $1000, anything less than the minimum will incur a handling fee.

Do you have standard packaging?

Products come in bulk or kit format.

URS can be bought by the bottle, kit, or case (24).

Do products only come in Teco finished kit format?

OEM and Generic packaging is available depending on order volume.

Are there shipping charges?

All orders are shipped FOB from Anaheim, CA. The cost is added to the invoice included in the shipment. You can get a shipping quote from your customer service representative.
